Never pay a deposit to hold a place. This site never holds money. Nobody on this site will ask you to pay before you've seen the place.
What you get
- Renters who want 1 to 12 months, not a night: nurses on contract, students for a semester, families on an insurance claim and people between homes.
- Renters send an enquiry, and we connect them with you. There is no booking button, and we never take a payment.
- Your phone number is never shown on the site. Messages with links or bank details are blocked.
What a listing needs
- The weekly price, and whether bills are included.
- Your minimum stay (4 weeks is the shortest we list) and the dates the place is free.
- 6 or more good photos, the suburb, and what is in the place (desk, parking, washing machine, lift).
- A hotel or building with many rooms is 1 listing.
What it costs
- Free while we launch, with no commission. If we add a fee later, you'll get at least 30 days' notice.
- Renters never pay to use the site.

I already list on Airbnb. Why here?
Renters on Airbnb mostly want a few nights; this site is only for 1 to 12 months. A 3-month stay means 1 check-in and no empty midweek nights. You can list in both places.
Do you take a commission?
No. Free while we launch, with no commission. If we add a fee later, you'll get at least 30 days' notice. You deal with the renter directly.
