Who stays 1 to 12 months

What we do differently

Close to where you need to be

Choose a hospital, campus or station and places sort by trip time, closest first. Every place is on the map.

Weekly prices, up front

Every price is per week. If the owner hasn't given one yet, the place says Price on request.

Minutes, not suburbs

You don't need to know whether Prahran or Windsor is closer to the Alfred. Each place shows how many minutes it is to nearby hospitals and campuses.

Free for renters

We call you about your dates, then give you the owner's number. This site never holds money, and you deal with the owner directly.

How we keep it safe

  • Never pay a deposit to hold a place. This site never holds money. Nobody on this site will ask you to pay anything before you've seen the place.
  • Phone numbers are never shown on the site. Not the owner's, and not yours.
  • Messages with links or bank details are blocked. That's how rental scams travel, so they're stopped before they reach anyone.
  • Every place page has Report this listing. We read every report, and a listing that breaks the rules is removed.
  • Your details are deleted after 12 months. We keep only what we need to put you in touch with the owner.

List your place

  • Renters send an enquiry. We call them about their dates, then give them your number.
  • A hotel or building with many rooms is 1 listing.
  • Free while we launch, with no commission. If we add a fee later, you'll get at least 30 days' notice. Renters never pay to use the site.
